live debut for 'travel is dangerous'

they opened with 'glasgow megasnake', a full band guitar workout. the next new song was 'travel is dangerous', with barry coming to the front of the stage to take lead vocals. 'folk death' was thrown in after 'ithica' & was maybe the most interesting of the new songs in terms of direction, with some offbeat rythyms & samples thrown in, a little unusual sounding. the set closer was 'we're 'no here', a sinister wall of sound with a simple repeating melody, another new heavy song, which is maybe the most immediate of the new songs & worth looking out for.
