    nashville (the band's first real show here aside from the 4-song set at curiosa) blew the chicago show away. i was in roughly the same position for each and yet from the very first song tonight stuart's guitar was painfully loud, whereas i left the first show of the tour last week impressed but not physically blown away. it also didn't hurt that i experienced mfmk live for the first time tonight as it made its first appearance of the american tour.
